Hoy Nang Rum

Oysters served in their shells with a spicy dressing made from lime juice, lemon grass, and chillies

 

 
Miang Isaan

A delicious mixture of chicken with herbs and spices, together with rice noodles and a sweet, spicy peanut sauce. Each parcel is wrapped in salad leaves and should be eaten in one mouthful to get that full explosion of flavours

 
Mee Krob

Crispy rice noodles cooked in a sweet and sour sauce,garnished with beansprouts, minced prawns and coriander.

 

 
Tom Jerdt Moo Sap

Vegetables and minced pork in a broth flavoured with fresh herbs and coriander root.

 
     

     
     

Seua Rong Hai

Tender slices of sirloin steak, barbeque-grillled and served with a sizzling sauce
 
Gai Laow Daeng

Chicken fillet, stir-fried with pineapple and vegetables, served in a special sauce
made with Thai red wine.

 
Goong Shu Shi

Stir-fried tiger prawns topped with a spicy sauce made from red curry and coconut cream flavoured with lime leaves.


Khao Suey
Steamed Thai fragrant rice.

A vegetarian version of our classic Thai yellow curry. Vegetables (yes, the potatoes are authentic) cooked in coconut milk flavoured with coriander, lemon grass and aromatic spices.

Tofu, stir-fried with pineapple and vegetables, served in a special sauce made with Thai red wine.
