Gluten-free

Most of our food is prepared without any wheat
products. However, Thai soy sauces do have wheat as a labelled
ingredient and therefore we must be informed about a gluten intolerance
to avoid adding them to some of our dishes. Also, we use wheat
flour for the wrappers and batter for some of our starters.
As guidance:
STARTERS
Avoid dishes 1, 4, 5, 6, 8 and 11, Vegetarian 70, 71 and 72
SOUPS AND SALADS
All dishes can be made gluten free
CURRIES
With the exception of number 27, all dishes can be made gluten
free
STIR FRIES
All dishes can be made gluten free
SEAFOOD
All dishes can be made gluten free
DUCK DISHES
All dishes can be made gluten free
NOODLES AND RICE
