Thai spring rolls. Light and crispy wrappers surrounding a tasty mix of stir- fried vegetables, mushrooms and rice noodles with minced chicken. Served with a sweet and sour plum sauce.

The north of Thailand is famous for its sausages and si oua is perhaps the best. A wonderfully rich pork sausage made with lime leaves and chilli. Served in the traditional way - sliced with fresh ginger, peanuts and springonions.
